CR Express, Inc. uses SMS text messaging for customer-care and operational logistics communications with drivers, staff, customers, vendors, and other business contacts who have provided their mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS messages.

SMS messages may include dispatch coordination, pickup and delivery updates, appointment or service reminders, workflow prompts, support follow-ups, and replies to inbound SMS conversations. CR Express does not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out.

Mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. CR Express may share information with service providers only as needed to deliver and support the SMS service or as required by law.
